2K resolution display
LG G3 comes with a 5.5 inch screen that has a QHD resolution, or 2K (twice that of Full HD). Among the high-end phones today, only Oppo Find 7 and LG G3 possess screens with such high resolution. With the advantage of a long-standing screen manufacturer, LG has elevated the display quality of smartphone through the LG G3 model. Pixel density on this model goes up to 538 ppi while the human eye can only see up to 300 ppi.
77% screen ratio
With a front screen ratio up to 77%, LG G3 becomes the Android smartphone with the most efficient screen design ever. LG has minimized all bezels and the space at the bottom of the front cover to the highest level, both to increase the screen estate and to create the beauty in this product’s design.
Super-fast camera autofocus in just 0.276 seconds
On the newly launched LGG3 model, the Korean electronics company has integrated a laser autofocus to assist in low light conditions. Thanks to this addition, the device only needs 0.276 seconds to focus on the subject, thus surpassing its rival Galaxy S5 launched a few months ago. LG G3 still uses a 13 MP sensor with optical image stabilization but the sensor size has been increased, improving image quality.
2.5 GHz quad-core processor
Being launched later than its competitors, LG G3 is integrated with the latest and most powerful Qualcomm processor today, which is the quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with 2.5 GHz speed, 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory. In addition, LG also sells a G3 version that comes with slightly lower configuration with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. With this configuration, LG G3 promises to rank top on benchmark listings.
3 device security plans
On the newly launched G3 model, LG has integrated as many as three “security locks”, allowing this model to be “inaccessible” for strangers. 3 smart security plans include: Knock Code (tapping on the screen to unlock), Content Locker (private content security) and Kill Switch (anti-theft). With multiple integrated new layers of security, LG G3 will provide much higher security compared with its predecessor LG G2 and rival Android devices that do not have fingerprint sensor.
3000 mAh Battery
For phablets on today’s market, 3000 mAh battery is not the highest. However, the Korean electronics company has integrated on the LG G3 an intelligent power savingapplication, extending the device’s duration of use even when the battery is low. This feature is not new and has existed on itsrivals such as the Galaxy S5 or HTC One M8.
